We offer flexible plans—daily, weekly, or customized schedules—based on each family’s needs. You can choose the frequency that provides the most comfort and support for your loved one.
In addition to wellness checks, we offer personal care assistance, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, emergency response coordination, and more. We also provide optional weekly reports and vitals tracking sent directly to family members.
All check-ins are completed by trained and certified Personal Support Workers (PSWs), many of whom are part of our own family. We pride ourselves on offering compassionate, professional care you can trust.
You’ll receive regular updates and can access optional weekly reports and vital signs tracking. We also provide direct communication channels so you’re always in the loop about your loved one’s well-being.

When you refer a friend, neighbor, or family member to Family Checks and they sign up for a service plan, you receive a $50 gift card as a thank-you from us. Just make sure they give your name during sign-up!
You can refer anyone who could benefit from our services—seniors living alone, busy families caring for aging parents, or anyone who needs regular wellness check-ins and light personal support at home.
Once your referral signs up and completes their first month of service, we’ll send your $50 gift card to the contact information you provided.
