• Hydration & Nutrition Oversight Encouraging fluid intake, preparing simple meals, monitoring appetite, and watching for nausea or dehydration.

• Medication Reminders (Non-Medical) Ensuring the patient takes the correct dose at the correct time, without administering medication directly.

• Incision / Post-Procedure Awareness (Non-Medical) Visual check for unusual swelling, redness, or unusual pain or changes in condition — reported immediately to family.

• Support With Activities of Daily Living Help with bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and safe mobility.

• Light Home Support Tidy-up, garbage removal, dishes, bed-making — creating a safe recovery environment.

• Emotional & Cognitive Check-Ins Monitoring mood, confusion, anxiety, or signs of delirium.
